A PEACE CORRIDOR? The Salem Avenue Peace Corridor™ initiative is a
vitalization effort to establish Salem Avenue and its adjacent
neighborhoods as Communities of Peace by cultivating safety, prosperity,
community, and quality of life.
Friday, August 10, 2012 Kick-Off Musical Concert
will feature two bands: Blind Karma and The Deron Bell Funk Band. Time:
5:30 to 8:30pm; Location: front lawn of Grace United Methodist Church.
Free and open to the public. Food & refreshments will be available.
Guest speakers.
Saturday, August 11, 2012 Dayton's First Annual Belgian Ale & Food Festival
will feature 23 Authentic Belgian Imported Ales and Belgian Dishes.
Time: 4 to 7pm; Location: Miami Valley Golf Club. Ticket price:
$50/person (available after July 20th at Belmont Party Supply &
Brew, Tensils, Chappy's, Good Sam Hosp., Miami Valley Golf Club; limit
200 people)
