Marvel Comics (home of the X-Men, Spiderman, Captain America, Iron Man, and a ton of other titles) is 70 years old tomorrow, and they're throwing parties at selected retailers. Bell, Book, and Comic (located in the Schroyer Park neighborhood at the edge of Kettering, Dayton, and Oakwood at 458 Patterson Drive) is the only comics shop in the Dayton area participating. As part of the party, they'll be offering exclusive limited edition variants, early on sale release of THE MARVELS PROJECT #1, special sales, and more!
I've had the pleasure of buying my comics from them for several years now, and they're good people. If they don't have it, they'll gladly order it for you. So if you're even slightly interested in comics (or gaming - they regularly host games, or anything genre - there's an enviable paperback bookcase in the back), stop by tomorrow and say hi!
